HDGuru has a fantastic breakdown of all things Sony 3D on their site, covering the changes that are in the new models and which support 3D and which don’t. Quite a lot to choose from, so make sure you don’t confuse your model numbers!

Available in the 40″, 46″ and 55″ sizes (Summer, $TBA). These models are also 240 Hz LED edge lit 1080p LCDs and are 3D ready. Sony US COO/President Stan Glasgow said in an interview appearing at sonyinsider.com “We’re also selling a line of 3D capable TV’s, with basically no increase in price.” Sources confirm this with the MSRP of the 40″ model coming in at $1599. Sony calls the LCD panels used in its HX800 models “Deep Black Panel”. Its employs a special low reflection non-glare coated panel for “improved contrast with minimum glare”. Other features include: 4 HDMI inputs, Bravia Internet Video, Optional WiFi adapter
