Comcast launching 80 new channels in parts of Bay Area

Good news for those of us in the bay area…depending on how much you really care about these channels.

The new programming will be available on August 11 to Silicon Valley residential homes and businesses in Cupertino, Los Altos, Milpitas, Mountain View, Santa Clara, Saratoga and Sunnyvale, Tiburon and Woodacre. The new HD networks include the Cartoon Network HD, Comedy Central HD, Disney XD HD, E! HD, ESPN News HD and the Fox News Channel HD.
