Xbox360 Getting More Multimedia Fun?

Gizmodo has a very quick blurb about the 360's upcoming new features. According to the leak, you can expect VOD, IPTV, and DVR functionality. Now that AT&T will own all of us, I wonder if IPTV will be a deal through them, or something else MS has cooked up.
