Microsoft Sues TiVo. On Behalf of AT&T.

Well, if your business isn’t making enough money to sustain, why not sue everyone that has a similar technology to yours since you won once already?! TiVo does do a lot of things significantly unique in their DVR offering, but to say they invented the technology is fairly suspect.
