Ceton infiniTV6 PCIe Pops At Retail

If after reading our review of the Ceton infiniTV 6 Ethernet, you thought “awesome now to wait for the PCIe version” the wait is over. Not only has the product page showed on Ceton’s site it’s also available from Amazon and Newegg. Having spent some quality time with its sibling, I can attest to the beauty of removing tuner scarcity from your PVR.

    I wonder if/when SiliconDust will make a 6-tuner device?  And no, I don’t mean putting the guts of two 3-tuner devices into one case.

    Oh, and you may want to change the form factor in the title of this article.

      I think it’s unlikely. They’ve gone a different direction (4 tuners w/ HW encoding, DLNA, etc.) and IIRC the reason why they went w/ 3 tuners before (instead of 4) was that it didn’t have the compute headroom required.

    I received mine in the mail and it does indeed come with a half height bracket.
