DIRECTV Sued Over HDTV Picture Quality

If there is one thing I have learned over the years, never mess with quality of a Home Theater enthusiast's picture quality. As it turns out, I don't work for DirectTV nor did they consult me. As a result of not consulting with me, they are going to have to learn this lesson the hard way… in court. Peter Cohen, the disgruntled DirectTV subscriber, filed  the lawsuit in 2004 and is now headed to arbitration with DirectTV. They keep promising bigger and better things, lets hope they turn it around.

high-def picture is comparable to or better than any other
TV provider.

Cohen's class action lawsuit came to light this week when
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Peter Lichtman ruled
against DIRECTV's motion to compel arbitration in the case.
