Big Screen Launches Webguide Replacement

You may have seen some posts around the internet of some other developers with some "webguide-like" software for remotely scheduling and managing your Media Center recordings, but they all took a fair amount of effort. Well, if you have been intimidated by those, then you’re in luck. Big Screen EPG allows you to do everything you used to love with Webguide, via silverlight. I’ve tested it and it’s pretty impressive. Still in beta, but I’ve encountered just a few issues with it, so feel free to test.

With ‘by Remote’ users are able to access their entire EPG including (as it appears in Media Center complete with Channel Logo’s) – including EPG Data from MS Supplied Web Servers, EIT/Inband Schedule Data as well as MXF Imported Listings (via Big Screen EPG).
