1950s Inspired Retro Philco PC Looks Incredible

This isn’t directly HTPC related, but a lot of what we focus on when building an HTPC is something unique that doesn’t stand out as a computer, and this is pretty darned slick of you have a slight case of nostalgia. Looks super professional in my humble opinion.

In an effort to make desktops PCs more beautiful and relevant, Dave Schultze came up with a really interesting concept, the Philco PC. Schultze was inspired by the classic Philco Predicta TVs from the fifties. We think that it just looks amazing and should most definitely be made a reality. The beautiful monitor and desktop are combined with a typewriter-like keyboard and mouse, which made us think of Steampunk.
