Seasonic S12II-500 Power Supply Review

[H]ardOCP has put one of Seasonic’s new power supplies through their own new rigorous testing procedures.  This was one of the quiet P/S units I looked at just a couple of weeks ago.

Right off the bat the Seasonic S12II-500 has a lot going for it. The unit is well built with highlights like using Rubycon capacitors on the primary side and a single solid capacitor on the 12v rail. Beyond that the unit has a plethora of connectors for a 500w unit and all the cables are fully sheathed which is so often not done by their competition.
