In any case, Okoro Media Systems is announcing the availability of the OMS-AX100 that features the Intersil D2Audio 5-channel, 100 watt per channel audio amplifier so users can connect their home stereo speakers directly to the device. The OMS-AX100 comes standard with an AMD 2.6Ghz Dual Core processor, 4GB of RAM, 500GB of storage, an ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics card, HDMI, dual layer DVD burner (optional Blu-ray drive), NTSC/ATSC/QAM tuner (optional CableCARD tuner available), Gigabit Ethernet, and Windows Vista Home Premium for $1650

The OMS-AX100 is a new low profile digital media system designed with a built-in 5-channel amplifier delivering 100 watts per channel. This will allow customers to connect passive speakers directly to the OMS-AX100 for playing music, video games, and movies.

The 2009 OMS-AX100 is built utilizing the latest technology from AMD and Intersil D2Audio. This enables the unit to generate very little noise and heat when delivering flawless audio and video playback of 1080i/p HD content from Blu-ray and HD television programming or lossless audio from SageTV and Windows Media Center. The OMS-AX100 also features cool and quiet operation, 5.1 digital audio, HDMI and component video output, and low power green operation.
