The Daily Button – May 22nd, 2008

A couple of days ago, I posted about restricted content errors on CableCard PC’s. If you get this error, a simple way to solve this problem is to kill the the eHome receiver service (ehrecvr.exe) and restart it. It should fix your issue for 24 hours and then you will have to redo the process. Using a scheduled activity should help automate this temporary solution until a permanent one is found. Thanks to nathan for the suggested work around.
