I use mine for gaming and now for ESPN to subsidise my lack of cable.

I have seen noticeable improvement in audio quality even through my analog output. I suspect, had I more capable hardware, I would see even better performance.
That’s great. I’ve got some awesome speaker cables for sale if you are interested. Only $2600 a pair. They make a world of difference in transient response on female vocals. ;D
Funny I bought something like that a few weeks ago, and some ‘magic’ beans the gentleman had for sale too. He gave them to me for a great price. 😉

I should say that yes you should only have one set of video drivers installed at once. I dont know that Win 7 is absolutely needed, but it may make some things easier.
Best of luck sir. And may the audio gods smile upon you.
I should say well played good sir… well played.

In other words, we’re all attached to another object by an inclined plane, wrapped helically around an axis.
So I watched that episode this weekend, and now the comment is even funnier. ;D
Aye, I would have to agree, though your analogy is poetically descriptive for such a depressing shape.
If it requires too much thought Joe-Public is pretty much disinterested (At least on the major networks). Particularly thought outside the box of everything else that has been on for years is frowned upon and met with a hatred of change.
I have known some people to set their reciever to a specific volume level and then use MC to control volume sent to the reciever.
Though I don’t know what happens when you shift to material with varying volume levels like those stupid commercials.
Seconded.
Love my Harmony 550.The thing abouf Flash Forward was that it had finally gotten really good. I stuck with it through the rough half of the first season, but by the end of the second… I was genuinely hooked.
I really enjoyed the write up. And I believe I will step through it when I get home tonight just to recalibrate.
Good work, and I do look forward to part II.
Wow. I should say that you are indeed a tough critic. I was more happy with the off axis viewing of any LCD by comparison to my old SXRD or any DLP I had encountered.
Many of the new edge-lit LED TV’s do have issue from edges IMHO. But at the same time the panel lit have their own inconsistancies.
I am happy with my 55″ Samsung LCD thus far, if I could only reduce the glare a bit more.
I am looking hard at the new COD, but not so much at MOH.
I gotta say that is impressive.
Even using the existing blu-ray drive… Hats off sir.
The video cards (ati 4850 HDMI) while getting better are still not quite there when comparing to a video chip in a console unit even after extensive calibration..
Really? I honestly have not been able to see much difference between the PC Graphics card and a dedicated unit. Though I dont have a unit to compare side by side.
