TiVo Desktop 2.4 Public Beta Released

Courtesy of Dave Zatz, Tivo Desktop 2.4 beta has been released. A couple of new features are worth noting; HD photograph streaming and transcoding for playback on portable devices. THe Pro-940HD barely qualifies for the HD name with a resolution of 1024X768. Personally I have not dealt with rectangular pixels but I would think that it would not work well with Media Centers.
