Ever wondered why PBS isn’t on TV streaming services?

I can’t say that I’ve even noticed that PBS wasn’t on Hulu or the other streaming services because one of the first things I did after moving back to the US was have an antenna installed in the attic for our HDHR. When we want to watch PBS, or any local station for that matter that’s how we do it instead of using YouTube TV. That said, I understand that’s not a viable option for everyone, and this is an interesting read even if it’s not a problem you have personally.

One of the most popular questions we get is why PBS is not on a live TV streaming service such as DIRECTV NOW, Sling TV, PlayStation Vue, and Hulu. Cord Cutters News reached out to PBS to find out why and this is what we found out:
