Sky “Launches” Sky Q 4K Service

With twelve tuners, multi-room, and 4K the Sky Q looks pretty slick. 2016 is just around the corner too, so it will be interesting to see how well it works, and how much it will cost in a couple months (probably more than I’ll want to spend).

Yes, this is the same Sky satellite TV provider in the UK that made SkyDrive into OneDrive.

The new Sky Q service will be available in early 2016, is Ultra HD compatible and aims to deliver “fluid viewing”. There are two new Sky Q boxes, a new app, new broadband hub and a redesigned Sky Q interface.
