Soooo Close… Yet So Far

Around the time MissingRemote.com launched, I knew I would be making the move to Montana. Here it is, 6 months later and I am finally moved in to my new house , I have an internet connection and life is almost back to normal. I should be typing hard on new content for the site buuuuut.

It is just too stinkin bad that only my wireless laptop works right now. After about 3 hours of mucking around with crimpers, wire strippers and hitting my head on the table, I think I chose the wrong wiring code for the CAT5E. Apparently there is an A and B way to hook up the RJ-45 plugs. I chose A and I think I chose wrong :). I'll be back at it tomorrow night trying to solve this issue and starting to plan my new Media Center setup.
