Fractal Design Array R2 mini-ITX case review

Here I was thinking there wasn’t any good news today, and then found this beautiful case. It’s a smooth take off the old cube case many have used, and leverages the mini-ITX platform. If flash isn’t your style, well worth a look.

As a mini-ITX case, there’s not much choice of motherboards to fill in the Array R2, but the selection is getting better, and quickly; kudos to Fractal for at least trying the teeny-tiny form factor out. Despite the minuscule 17 x 17cm board size, the case is fairly large at 250 x 200 x 350mm (W x D x H). The case is noticeably bigger than the 150 x 86 x 140mm Silverstone Sugo SG07 we recently reviewed, for example.
