ASROCK X570M PRO4 Intel I211 Network Performance Issue

I recently purchased an ASROCK X570M PRO4 mostly because it has an Intel I211 network adapter (NIC). Unfortunately, the network performance of the integrated NIC is very slow. I’ve contacted ASROCK about the problem several days ago, but haven’t heard anything back from their support.
