I googled around quickly, and didn’t see anyone else with this issue, so thought I’d post and see if anyone has run into this.
I’ve had the concurrent rdp login hack up and working for years now I guess, most recently on my win7 fileserver since win7 came out
as of today, I’ve noticed that I can no longer RDP into the box. it’s not like it times out, it’s instantly rejected. I went down to the machine, checked firewall, and there is an exception for RDP, the ip hasn’t changed, etc etc all the usual suspects
only thing I can think of is that some automated patch has wiped out the hack
now a few of the websites that have the tutorial on how to do it again, are missing the actual hacked file (termsrv.dll i believe)
any one else?
