Currently having some issues with my Ceton InfiniTV4 PCIe card.
Tuner was dropping from W7 MCE and now tuner not seen at all by MCE.
Media center sees fine the SD HomeRun Prime 3 tuners on network.

Tried running latest driver Ceton InfiniTV Installer (13.06.03.1088)
      from here – http://cetoncorp.com/product-support/
Also tried beta drivers from here – http://cetoncorp.com/infinitv_support/beta-driver-update/

Diagnostic tool shows card, but red X for media center.
tried to reset network, tuners and rediscover tuners … no luck.

I would try flashing the InfiniTV 4 back to older firmware,
However unsure of the procedure or the location of older firmware files.

I’ll post more info when I return home from work.

Thank you in advance for your repies.

This turned out being two issues.
          1. An issue with cable cards from Verizon Fios.
          The cable cards lost validation.

          2. Zone Alarm firewall blocking network bindings.

          Resolved.
