Would it be good on the Intel DH61AG?  Was previously considering 2x2GB DDR3-1333 for it, but wondering if slightly slower, with double the ram might be better?  planning x64 Win7 Premium or Ultimate install.

You will be fine and this RAM will fit the DH61AG. The speed of the RAM is generally not a bottleneck these days. The faster stuff helps, but it is likely not a big enough gain that you will “feel the difference.”
