Plasma Display Panels Losing To LCDs

I’ve always preferred plasma but it looks like it might be going away eventually. I wonder what happed to SED. Yahoo Sales of plasma display panels, or PDPs, have failed to keep pace with those of liquid crystal displays, a market research firm said. Another player in the HD-DVD game. I am more interested in the quality of DVD upscaling seeing as the my collection consists of DVD.
