CableCard: A Few Resources To Look At
Whilst researching my new build, one I can only hope will the WAF meter out of the sky, I came across a few forum threads and blog articles that contain good information about.
This thread from AVS forum details ALOT of the information you need to know and Velocity Micro provides a lot of great information in the struggle of trying to ship CC equipped systems to the public. There still seems to be a lot of question on who has CC, who doesn't and who is actually shipping systems.Â
Chris L also put together a nice FAQ on CCs, which can be found here. Along with his own FAQ titled Vista Media Center CableCard FAQ he also has links to S1's FAQ and Microsoft's FAQ. That should provide some lengthy afternoon reading for you 🙂
