I’m not sure I understand the motivation for delaying this. Is it just that too many Americans are too lazy to get a converter box for “free” after the coupon? Is the economy why people aren’t prepared? This seems to happen frequently with deadlines mandated by the gov’t, so I guess I’m not all that surprised. Other than being a confusion, will this have any implications for those who are already prepared? Other than the obvious, they’ll still be able to watch analog for a while longer.
