That has to be one of the ugliest remotes I’ve ever seen. UGH. No way. Nice concept, but what on earth were they thinking with that design? Seriously. My receiver remote has a built in mic that can be used for auto setup of your surround sound speakers, so I’d imagine putting a mic in remotes isn’t really that hard. Hopefully One Voice will redesign it at some point so that it’s a little more appealing. Personally I don’t use anything that is voice activated now, but if there was a GOOD universal remote that also happened to have a built-in mic, I’d sure want to check out some voice activated software.
