Looks to be a podcasting type delivery system. You pick the events you want, they’re downloaded (possibly in HD), and you can watch them at you’re leisure.
Edit: NM, this is the same thing as the TVtonic spotlight that was on the site a few days back. I don’t use VMC so I didn’t do that much digging.
