      i read and try this
      C:\Documents and Settings\georgi aleksiev\Desktop\remote Vista\Remote.htm

      but after log from another PC vista Ultimate log off…
      remote desktop is enable.

      i follow instruction.. replace  termsrv.dll fail …but …dont work..
