Missing Netflix & Internet TV in Media Center

I changed some hardware around over the weekend, and I had to end up reinstalling Windows 7. But now when I open Media Center there is no Netflix or Internet TV. Anyone have any idea what I can do? Tried doing updates; that didn’t help.
