Thank goodness for this.  I get tired of when a new technology comes out that they seem to have to start all over and work their way up like they didn’t know they could do it.  You saw it with CD Writers.  They started off with a 1x or 2x and then went up to 32x or 48x writes.  Then the DVD writer came out and they started off 1x or 2x and then they have gone up to 16x or so?  Then you had dual core cpus come out and it’s like they dropped the speed on those back to around 1.8GHz and have worked their way back up.  Now you have SSD’s and most of those have been rather small; 40GB and 80GB becoming common.  I thought we were going to have to sit through some evolution of 10 ~ 20Gb increases, like they didn’t know they couldn’t make a 600GB SSD.
