I like to hide my most of my stuff inside a cabinet. I use an IR repeater to control all the hidden equipment. It makes it easy to hide all my equipment and wires away while still being able to control them. I run the wires from the cabinet to the TV and to speakers thru the wall. Any excessive wire is left curled up at the bottom of the cabinet.
