The last 2 movies I’ve watched, I have watched from the hard drive.  Both times I experienced stuttering throughout the movie.  Not constant but would have smooth playback for a while and then several seconds of stutter and then stop and then a while later would do it again.  Today I decided to chech cpu usage and it was in the 50’s and sometimes saw it jump up in the 70’s.  I thought the stuttering was because of something to do with PDVD 11, but I guess now I know it’s something to do with the high cpu usage.  I thought my 6570 was not working correctly.  Out of curiousity I put the disc of Transformers 3.  In the same scene cpu usage was around 10%.  So a bluray ISO has high cpu usage and the actual bluray disc plays as it should.  Any ideas why this is?  I believe I have heard of this before.  I use Virtual Clone Drive to mount images.
