So my DLP is connected to my 3850 at the HDMI enabled DVI port. This works fine for HD-DVD and Bluray so far. I also have a second 19inch widescreen LCD that was hooked up to the second DVI port via VGA until today when I replaced it with a DVI cable. I thought I’d be able to play HD-DVD and Bluray now that its a digital connection but its not letting me.
So is this a limitation of my graphics card, or is my LCD screen not HDCP compatible? Its not a big deal, just something I didn’t expect.
