I just wanted to add a comment about the minimum video card.  I have the XBOX 360 HD DVD drive connected to my HTPC, and I am only using a Geforce 6600GT AGP video card with 128mb RAM.  The movies play fine without any skips or stuttering.  My CPU is an E6600, and I only have 512mb of system RAM.  One thing I suggest to people if they are trying to get it to work is to check PowerDVD’s hardware acceleration checkbox and make sure that it is unchecked.  It took me 2 days of getting an error and having it shut PowerDVD down as soon as the movie tried to start playing for me to figure that out.  I had not done all my homework on HD decoding and wasn’t aware the hardware acceleration would cause a problem with my video card.
