It does need to be set to SageTV as the main application, well at least when I was testing it had to be. I didn’t spend much time trying work-arounds though.
You also have to do a few steps manually for the channel EPG to match up. I followed the directions from [url=http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34196]http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34196[/url] and was able to get it working.
