The best gaming phones on the market in 2020

Mobile phone gaming is on the rise, particularly when you factor in the dramatic increase in terms of sophistication of our mobile devices these days and the vast array of different gaming creations we can now play. It’s incredible, really.

The types of games now booming in the mobile phone gaming scene are incredibly diverse. The likes of Pokemon Go has proved hugely popular since its release in 2016, with mobile casino diversions like a French roulette game also increasing in terms of popularity, alongside more familiar mobile games in the form of puzzles and brain training exercises. Essentially, there’s a game out there for everyone; even one of your grandparents!

Overall, when it comes to gaming, you can’t really go wrong with the iPhone 11 Pro Max or its sibling, the iPhone 11 Pro.

OnePlus 7 Pro

Highly capable of screening your favourite Netflix show, the OnePlus 7 Pro is also absolutely perfect for gaming. It’s cheaper than the majority of devices made by iPhone and Samsung, too. With Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 chipset and the choice of up to 12GB of RAM, it is suitable for any style of gaming, allowing most creations to run smoothly and efficiently, while also giving you excellent pixel density and beautifully crisp graphics. It also has a 90Hz refresh rate of the display and a sizeable 4,000mAh battery, too. Faultless, really.

Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus

Another phone to feature Qualcomm’s powerful new Snapdragon 855 chipset, the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus is one of hell of a device, especially when it comes to gaming. The phone has sharp Super AMOLED displays, which is perfect for any game or movie. Not only is this a great phone in terms of its all-round functionality, but it’s also excellent for gaming, allowing users to get the best of both worlds. It looks slick, too.

Asus ROG Phone 2

Specifically built with gaming in mind, the Asus ROG Phone 2 is easily one of the best gaming phones on the market at this moment in time. It has an amazingly large 6,000mAh battery, a slick 120Hz AMOLED screen which is 6.59-inches in size, a Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset, 12GB of RAM and plenty of storage. It also has a gamepad available which you can purchase and several other accessories which are included explicitly for gamers. When it comes to mobile gaming, you can’t really get much better than this.
