October 19, 2010 at 2:19 pm #25749I must admit that The Event is my favorite new show of the fall and Outsourced has also been funny. I had pretty low expectations for both shows. In a way, The Event is like Flash Forward (or Fast Forward as I used to call it ;)) except it has better writing, better acting and is actually good beyond the original premise. Sorry Flash Forward fans :). October 19, 2010 at 2:36 pm #28572Hmmm…I may have to check out The Event as well. I’ve been recording it but haven’t had time to watch an episode yet. October 19, 2010 at 4:16 pm #28573The thing abouf Flash Forward was that it had finally gotten really good. I stuck with it through the rough half of the first season, but by the end of the second… I was genuinely hooked. October 19, 2010 at 4:41 pm #28574I was ok with the story in Flash Forward it was the bad acting that got to me. That is the same reason why Sons Of Anarchy files are filling up my recorded TV directory. I cna’t bring myself to watch it. October 19, 2010 at 7:45 pm #28575Looks like Chuck and Chase are locked in for the season also: October 20, 2010 at 1:04 am #28576i’ve also recorded the Events, but not yet tried it. guess it’s time to try finally. i too have been surprised by Outsourced…especially given the somewhat borderline racist humor that they throw around there. I find it funny but it’s pretty unique for a primetime show October 20, 2010 at 8:13 am #28577[quote=”jrandeck”]
Looks like Chuck and Chase are locked in for the season also:I was a huge Chuck fan for the first couple seasons. For whatever reason NBC appeared to be trying to kill the show back then, but now it is locked in when it no longer interests me. Go figure. October 20, 2010 at 8:41 pm #28578they showed sara trying on bathing suits for what seemed to be 10 minutes last week….sounds like they know what they’re doing to try to keep it alive and it worked 🙂 October 21, 2010 at 1:15 pm #28579[quote=”shadymg”]

I am sooo going to start watching Chuck again.October 22, 2010 at 1:25 am #28580I love Outsourced. I wish I was watching it now, but only 2 tuners and my wife has to have her soap operas (vampire diaries, greys anatomy) Fortunately its on Hulu.
