    I’m following the guide that was posted here: https://www.missingremote.com/guide/2018/07/unifi-usg-dnat-rule-for-pi-hole-or-other-dns-redirection
    and would like to know how to set up masquerade rules for other VLANs?

    It works the exactly the same when you add another VLAN. Below is the section I was using:

    "nat": {
    		"rule": {
    			"2": {
    				"description": "DNS Redirect Circle",
    				"destination": {
    					"port": "53"
    				},
    				"inbound-interface": "eth0.5",
    				"inside-address": {
    					"address": "192.168.2.2"
    				},
    				"log": "disable",
    				"protocol": "tcp_udp",
    				"source": {
    					"address": "!192.168.2.2"
    				},
    				"type": "destination"
    			},
    			"3": {
    				"description": "DNS Redirect IoT",
    				"destination": {
    					"port": "53"
    				},
    				"inbound-interface": "eth0.12",
    				"inside-address": {
    					"address": "192.168.12.2"
    				},
    				"log": "disable",
    				"protocol": "tcp_udp",
    				"source": {
    					"address": "!192.168.12.2"
    				},
    				"type": "destination"
    			},
    			"5500": {
    				"description": "Translate IoT DNS to Internal",
    				"destination": {
    					"address": "192.168.12.2",
    					"port": "53"
    				},
    				"log": "disable",
    				"outbound-interface": "eth0.12",
    				"protocol": "tcp_udp",
    				"type": "masquerade"
    			},
    			"5501": {
    				"description": "Translate Circle DNS to Internal",
    				"destination": {
    						"address": "192.168.2.2",
    						"port": "53"
    				},
    				"log": "disable",
    				"outbound-interface": "eth0.5",
    				"protocol": "tcp_udp",
    				"type": "masquerade"
    			}
    		}
    	}
