I was curious if this would occur. Got in a much to long discussion on avs with a gent on this topic, he positioned everything should be recorded at higher fps as more accurate reproductions, more accurate to reality, where I was inclined to the content and the medium was irrelevant. I am all for great broadcasts of sports, live events etc. You will see the film (can one still use the term) industry evolve to take advantage of tech, you already have with digital theaters, but it has become a bit superfluous. Technological feats have always been viewed this way, the artistry is slow to catch up.
