Here’s my problem. HTPC has been built for about a month and a half now, and I am finding that whenever the screen goes to black while watching a video (DVD rip) or DVD in the player, it leaves a ‘residue’, like a black pixelated burn in of the image, until the new screen comes up.
Where, on God’s green earth, do I adjust the setting to get rid of that? Tried all the standards…contrast, gamma, inverse telecine….what am I missing????
Using a MSI GE Force 7600GT HD card vid card. Need to use the analog HD output as my TV was the generation just before digital inputs became common.
