Add Channel Logos, Color Coding into Windows Media Center 7

So now that I’ve got 7MC set up, I was looking to use this. However, I can’t find anywhere where it mentions if it works on extenders or not. Considering it costs $3 to download now, I don’t want to go ahead and buy it just to find out that it’s useless to me (yes I know it’s only a measly $3, but still). Anybody happen to know?
