Wow, how did I miss that CableCard 2.0 takes care of the switched digital video issue? 😮
Geez. In that case I TOTALLY agree with this blog post. Perhaps all of the current issues/bugs with digital cable tuners will be worked out once they make the transition. But at the slow speed it took just to get 1.0 devices, I’m not expecting any progress on 2.0 with PCs anytime soon. 🙁
I already gave up and am in the process of buying parts to upgrade my existing machine myself.
