I really like the Unboxed service. I can order a show from my laptop and have the download start on any of the PC’s that I have registered with the service. All of the shows stream through all of the media extenders in the house. The quality is much better than iTunes.
I must admit I have only ordered one movie, I mostly use it for TV shows (I’ve purchased a hundred or so.)
Anyway, I think they are closer than anyone to “getting it right”. The main flaw with these services is that they should “SELL” me a move for $5. The DRM locks it down, so why not. Full price for a DL is just not going to gain traction. I’ll by the DVD instead.
