I don't know why this thought keeps entering my mind but I see one PSU blink and suddenly two systems are kaput.

Yeah, yeah I know it's a rare occurrence among top-tier PSUs but think about the folks who skimp and buy those $20 PSUs for their builds.

On the other hand if space is such a premium maybe this does make sense?

I don't think those users will be the ones buying a board like this.

I personally cant wait to see how well all this works out and priceing on it all. I know where I have my server setup I occasionally use it as a desktop for movies and games through my projector but I hate the power consumption and really want to switch to WHS. This would allow me to keep the Atom system up 24/7 for my server and then when I do want to occasionally use the higher end system in it I can just turn that one on Smile instead of two boxes in my closet I'd still have one!

It runs into the same problem that All In Wonder video cards do.  When you are ready to upgrade your video card, you are forced to get another TV tuner as well.  Here, when you upgrade your gaming system to a new motherboard, you are forced to replace the Atom system as well.

But, I agree that it is cool to see them innovating.
