It really is a sad state of affairs when "honest" people are forced to sit through endless previews and FBI threats when they actually purchased or rented the movie legally.  How ironic is it that the hacking community are the only ones that don't have to suffer these injustices.  It's almost like the studios are daring you to pirate their movies.  They really do make the price of admission to purchase AnyDVD absolutely worthwhile.

This has been the case with video games for a long time as well. It's far worse than with a movie since a movie you are just inconvenienced by having to sit through the warnings and stuff. With a game, there's a chance that the copy protection will completely prevent you from even playing it at all!
