Oh yes and that's another question. I didn't see it in any picutres but does that volume knob, or power button, etc. have an obnoxious blue LED light ring around it like other cases I've seen?

The power button on my case has a blue LED around it and is rather bright.  No LED on the volume knob.  There is also a bright blue LED for the HDD.
Ugh, I see... does it look like there is a way to cut the wires to the blue LED that lights up the ring around power button?
For what it's worth, the NSK2400 had a rather bright blue LED while the Fusion has a subdued white LED.

Did the old Fusion have the ability to turn on your system with the remote?  You need power for that when the system is asleep.  Since the IR is integrated into the LCD well...

I have a first generation Fusion and it does not have an integrated IR.  I'm using the IR receiver that came with my MS remote and it sits on top of a DVD rack next to my TV.

do you guys not just put your machines into standby?

system is more than capable of bringing itself in and out of standby for recordings, or to watch on demand

and yeah, Fusion is a soft white LED, the nsk2400 is the brighter blue.  it's not bad.

doesn't seem like I can just include the pic, here's the link

The LED on my Fusion Black 430 (V2 with LCD) is blue, just like on my NSK2400.  Perhaps it is just the review unit I got.  I don't know...  However, the LED connects with a molex plug which you can just leave disconnected if you want.

My system goes in and out of standby via the power button on my remote.  Since it is for viewing only (I have a server for recording) I just hit the "Watch TV" button on my Harmony 670 which turns on the TV, Receiver, and HTPC (which comes out of standby), and hit the "Off" button which turns it all back off (and puts the HTPC into standby).  I have no need to have it turn itself off/on.  Otherwise, I'd have to go and hit the power button on the case to do it.

I have a Logitech 880 and have this case.  How do you get the remote to see the Antec Fusion 430?  Any tutorial on how to get this function to work?

When you put the HTPC into standy does the LCD still say lit?

Thanks in advance.

1) I configured the Harmony to emulate an MCE remote.  However, my remote control work was done under Linux.  Once I had it configured there, I never switched back to XP to work with it there.  Are you trying to do this in Windows or Linux?  I can probably get more detailed if you'd like.

2) When I suspend my system, the LCD stays lit.  When nothing else is telling it differently, it will display the time.

I'm doing this under Vista.  However I do have a XP machine if needed to be configured in a XP system.
