Configuring Your HTPC

We took you through the HTPC buying and building process with a series of blogs and articles here not to long ago. Some of the reader feedback after those articles is we really didn't get into the software and configuration portion of HTPC building. I had decided early on to keep it a seperate guide and will put my thoughts together on that subject in this guide. My goal here is to take a look at different Media Center functions and guide you in the right direction on how to configure your HTPC. Topics covered here will look at CableCard, HD, HD DVD, DVD Libraries and other Media Center functions and the software/hardware requirements needed to make this happen. Think of this as a contonuation/add-on to our previous series of blogs and articles on building a HTPC.
