Show Analyzer to run nightly at 1am

I am having some network issues when streaming from recorded tv (Ceton InfiniTV) to Xbox. I have Cat 6 cable and I think I narrowed it down to Show Analyzer causing the network issues because of the high CPU usage.

I found this thread: http://www.missingremote.com/forums/show-analyzer-nightly-task and I downloaded the batch file, but it doesn't appear to be working. ShowAnalyzer is still running all the time (I can see it in services as started--automatic) and I don't see a task to run this batch file.

Any help will be appreciated!
