Man, the powers behind SageTV are so awesome. I really really really wish they'd include the top skins by default with the program so that it'd be a simple choice (say...during installation) to get some of these sexy skins!
If Sage had the plugin installation ease that Meedio had, there's no doubt in my mind it'd be much more popular
I wholeheartedly agree. My first PVR program was SageTV (before Studio) and eventually its lack of easy customization got on my nerves and I switched to Meedio. Meedio was a godsend in that regard, I loved it. For some time I used it with the MeedioSage plugin to get my TV functionality built into Meedio. Then Meedio added their own TV capabilities and I dropped Sage for good.
If only SageTV had the ease of customization that Meedio did, I never would have dreamed of leaving. And I'm sure many other people would have jumped on board as well. Of all the many PVR solutions I've tried, Meedio still leads in that one regard even though many other programs have more well developed TV apps.
