remote with keyboard and TV power

I just got a harmony 300i, which seems to be one of the few that can control my tv, great cause it gets rid of the tv remote. However, it ain't got a keyboard or ability to move the mouse for windows 7 control.  Anyone know of a remote with a qwerty keyboard AND the ability to turn your TV on and off that's less than $100?
