Is there a Zero Dead Pixel Policy on arrival?
What is the warranty on the LCD and/or the case overall? (especially the mechanised portions)
What is the Dead Pixel Policy on warranty claims?
Who will handle, and where is warranty support?
Even though it is clocking in at a grand I still am considering it for our new theater), but I want to make sure there is enough support from the manufacturer to make me feel comfortable.

Additionally, what are the connection options for the display?
IR or more specifically, Vista Compatible IR

AFAIK it is 1280x800, like a laptop screen.
Will they actually be supporting this case or will it be like every other case they've released?
Is it, or do they have plans to make it, Sideshow capable?
